Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

We offer a certificate of completion if you finish all course assignments. Some courses may require passing a quiz or final assessment. Details are explained in the details of every course.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Depending on the payment model. You will get a 3-month access for a single course purchase, but if you choose to get a Zabbix Academy yearly subscription, your access to courses will be valid as long as you have the subscription. 

Is instructor support available in self-paced Zabbix training?

Self-paced courses are designed for independent learning and do not include live instructor support. However, the materials are clear and comprehensive, and the lab manual has a detailed step-by-step guide.

What technical background is required for Zabbix self-paced courses?

Basic IT knowledge is recommended. For fundamental and intermediate courses, familiarity with Linux systems, networking, and monitoring concepts is beneficial, but for the advanced level, it is highly recommended. 

Can I upgrade from a self-paced course to instructor-led training?

Zabbix self-paced and instructor-led courses are separate offerings. If you wish to switch, contact the Zabbix Sales team to get an offer for instructor-led training.

Is the content in self-paced courses the same as in instructor-led training?
